Update on remote learning and athletics:
UPDATES on in-person policy agreement and potential strike for MONDAY
The Paw Print wants to wish all students a happy start to the school year of 2021, and a productive yet relaxing Seminar Day. This year, the paper is excited to begin regularly publishing the works of our writers, spanning movie reviews to profile pieces. Soon, we will be publishing a piece on political opinions of students, and would love to interview as many Grizzlies as we can. Reach out if you are interested, and have a wonderful Wednesday!
A growing 34th element? This year, the AP Chemistry course has grown extensively, projecting, in the words of its new additional teacher, the rising passion of STEM at Payton. Check out our website to read all about it!
A century after the passage of the 19th amendment and taken in a moment of multilateral conflict and uncertainty, November 3rd makes the official day and last opportunity to vote for federal, state and local leadership in addition to specific provisions and prioritizations, just as the fair tax amendment to the Illinois constitution and equity initiatives. Here, a cohort of ward, city, county and state officials convene in front of the 14th precinct of the 47th Ward. The Paw Print, while we have yet to make an particular endorsements, encourages all able Payton students to vote! Illinois has SAME DAY voter registration, so even if you are skeptical, you are not too late!
The Paw Print is thrilled to announce our new Photo Editor-in-Chief to serve alongside other members of our editorial staff by providing a meaningful artistic edge to production and an addition perspective on authorship. Make sure to go follow Edgar’s photography account @ed_photography3!
