The Payton Paw Print is the independent award-winning newspaper published by the students of Walter Payton College Preparatory High School in Chicago, Illinois. We are a designated public forum for student writers and editors to inform and educate their readers and to discuss issues of concern to their audience. Our work has received recognition from the Scholastic Press Association of Chicago, the Illinois Journalism Education Association and the Illinois High School Association Journalism program.
